Project Coordinator

Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment where strong coordination, scheduling, and cost and document control support the timely execution of projects?

Green Therma is a start-up on a strong growth journey, currently operating at full speed. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project team and support the entire organization in executing our projects through structured and reliable project coordination.

In this role, document controlling is your core responsibility, complemented by support to projects and the business, including scheduling and cost controlling to help ensure project budgets stay on track.

 

The Role

As the Project Coordinator at Green Therma, you are an integral member of the project team, providing essential support across the organization and its projects. Your tasks include managing document structures, ensuring version control, and maintaining accessibility. You also assist project teams and management with coordination tasks, scheduling, and basic budget tracking.

In this role, you help establish and enhance scalable project and administrative processes to facilitate Green Therma’s ongoing growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and maintaining project documentation across the organization
  • Owning document structures, version control, approvals, and archiving
  • Ensuring documents are up to date, approved, and accessible for projects and operations
  • Supporting project teams with document control, reporting, and overview
  • Supporting the project manager with scheduling to ensure an always updated overview of project progress
  • Supporting business and cost-controlling activities related to projects
  • Assisting with tracking project budgets, costs, and forecasts in collaboration with project managers
  • Contributing to document structure, internal procedures, quality requirements, and governance
  • Supporting colleagues across the organization in the correct use of document structures, tools, and templates

 

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has relevant experience with project coordination, document control, administration, and/or project support
  • Have experience from a technical, project-based, or energy-related environment
  • Is comfortable taking ownership in a high-paced environment
  • Can work independently and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Is able to prioritize tasks, maintain a structured approach, focus on details, and ensure high quality
  • Has experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
  • Has a basic understanding of project budgets or financial follow-up
  • Communicates professionally in both spoken and written English and Danish

 

It Is an Advantage If You

  • Have experience supporting projects with documentation, coordination, and basic cost or budget follow-up
  • Are familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar
  • Enjoy creating structure that helps teams work efficiently at high speed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can change
  • Have working proficiency in German

The main workplace for this position is our office located in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will report to COO Nikolaj Holmer Nissen.
