At Green Therma, we have developed the Heat4Ever™ solution to tackle today’s heat challenges reliably, efficiently, and with long-term impact. Our solution sets a new standard for harnessing renewable heat from the Earth’s crust, combining a high-performance solution with low operational complexity and eliminating most geological risks.
Once installed, Heat4Ever™ generates heat with no fuels, no power, and no emissions. Delivering the heat requires a simple circulation pump, which can be powered by renewable sources and as a closed-loop system, it operates without polluting air, water, or soil, and does not consume water making it an environmentally sound heat technology.
Being independent of fuels from foreign states and by hiding plants below ground in decentralized systems, the Heat4Ever™ solution brings resilience and security to the heat infrastructure. Heat4Ever™ ensures local heat wherever it is needed, in the quantities needed. The Heat4Ever™ solution is engineered to last for decades using conventional components tested for decades in the toughest environments. With no oxygen in the well, corrosion risks are virtually eliminated, and our closed-loop design avoids output degradation and dependency on the surrounding subsurface. Heat4Ever™ works by capturing the constantly emitted energy from the Earth’s core and turning it into clean, usable heat at surface level. Safely, reliably, and without interfering with subsurface environments.
The system works by circulating water in a completely closed pipe solution, where the working fluid runs inside the pipes deep underground without entering the underground. As the working fluid moves within the pipe installed in deep hot rock, it absorbs natural heat from the surrounding rock. This energy is brought back to the surface with the innovative DualVac™ technology and can then be utilized for heating homes, buildings, or industrial processes such as horticulture, breweries, campuses, and medical centers.
Being a fully closed-loop system, cold fluid is pumped through a vertical pipe section and into a deep horizontal pipe section surrounded by hot rock.
·As the water travels underground within the pipe, it absorbs natural heat from the surrounding rock, which will typically be 90-150°C (194-302°F) hot.
The heated water is then moved up to the surface facility, where the energy is extracted in a heat exchanger and used by the people as pure, renewable heat.
The same water is continuously reused, circulating through the closed-loop system, again and again.

This innovation creates a continuous vacuum over the entire pipe-string that insulates the hot and cold sections of the pipe. Working with the same principles as a thermos, the DualVac™ technology minimizes fluid heat loss on its way to the surface and maximizes temperature preservation and energy output from the solution. The ability to maintain the temperature allows direct use of the heat into district heating networks and a variety of industrial processes.

Geothermal energy has long been regarded as a promising source of clean energy. However, traditional geothermal systems often face significant challenges.
