Our organization is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for producing geothermal heat, addressing the conventional challenges associated with geothermal energy wells. Our patented closed-loop horizontal geothermal well technology, DualVac, is poised to transform the industry.

We have secured funding for the development of this groundbreaking technology and are in the process of raising funds for a full-scale demonstration project for which we need to strengthen our project management team.

You will participate in developing our project management procedures and head the execution of the demonstration project together with our geology and drilling teams and in close collaboration with management.

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager for Green Therma’s geothermal energy plant construction, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the construction of a full-scale demonstration project for Green Therma’s geothermal heat exploitation solution and consecutive geothermal construction projects
  • Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders including the customer, business partners and suppliers
  • Managing projects according to the project plan and overall contract program
  • Project reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to management and external stakeholders
  • Financial management of projects including budgeting and follow-up in close collaboration with the finance team

Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of Green Therma’s project management system by elaborating on procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideally you have a technical background with prior experience as a project manager responsible for the construction or delivery of complex technical installations. While formal qualifications are advantageous, relevant experience, the right attitude, knowledge, and skills are equally significant. A background in drilling and/or well completions or heating is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Location and Application Process

You will participate in establishing our procurement procedures and head the procurement activities in the demonstration project and consecutive projects in close collaboration with the project manager and colleagues in our geology and drilling teams.

Job Responsibilities

As a Procurement Professional at Green Therma, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement of all components and services for the construction of a full-scale demonstration project of Green Therma’s solution for geothermal heat exploitation and consecutive projects
  • Coordination and collaboration with business partners, suppliers, and service providers
  • Managing all external supplies including follow-up on suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to the project plan
  • Reporting of progress, risks, and mitigation plans in relation to procurement activities to the project manager
  • Close coordination with finance in relation to purchase orders, invoicing and payments

Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of Green Therma’s procurement setup, including terms & conditions, contract templates, and supplier evaluation procedures.

You have either a technical- or commercial background with experience as a procurement professional in a technical environment, preferably from an organization delivering technically complex projects. While formal qualifications are advantageous, relevant experience, the right attitude, knowledge, and skills are equally significant.  Ideally, you thrive in an environment where you can take active part in shaping the business set-up and work processes.

We are seeking a QHSE Manager who is passionate about establishing a robust safety and quality culture and implementing best practices to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

As the QHSE Manager at Green Therma, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the leadership team in developing, managing, and monitoring the company’s QHSE performance
  • Monitoring and advising on all QHSE matters to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company and contractual requirements, and industry best practices
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships and liaising with customers and the supply chain to ensure QHSE expectations are met
  • Managing the company’s QHSE system and procedures to maintain accreditations
  • Conducting audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, and identifying and implementing improvements
  • Managing and monitoring emergency procedures, signage, PPE, COSHH control, etc.
  • Reporting on the company’s QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as required
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising them to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Conducting QHSE training courses using internal and external resources when required
  • Staying informed about evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practices and applying them to the company’s operations
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for QHSE matters
  • Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with Authorities on QHSE regulatory and compliance requirements


Professional Qualifications and experience

We are seeking a QHSE professional with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in a highly regulated industry such as Industrial Automation, Process, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or suppliers to these industries
  • Knowledge of drilling processes onshore is an advantage
  • Excellent and current knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • Strong leadership skills to drive safety and quality improvements
  • A hands-on implementer of processes and change
  • Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member’s contributions
  • Motivates team members to work together efficiently
  • Excellent motivational and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to maintain company integrity through confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to promote the company and associated organizations
  • Willingness to travel as required to be present at construction sites and to meet customers and other business partners
  • Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems
  • Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body or through experience
  • NEBOSH or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of the power, gas, and offshore industry is desirable
