Richard currently serves as Partner and Region Chair for Europe at Kearney, where he leads strategic initiatives advising major companies across the energy landscape. Richard also founded and is the Chair of Kearney’s Energy Transition Institute focused on accelerating sustainable solutions.

Richard’s experience and insight will be a strong asset as Green Therma continues to scale next-generation geothermal technology and expand into new markets!
