Green Therma is pleased to announce that Jan Kauffmann will join the company as CFO & CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) from 1. August 2023. Jan brings a strong background from both the finance and utility sector, where he has held numerous C-level positions over the last 28 years. Experience includes classic CFO positions/responsibilities as well as various direct business responsibilities i.e. +1 billion DKK investments in wind and solar parks and district cooling in Copenhagen.

Jan holds a masters degree from Copenhagen Businss School and has taken generel business strategy programes at INSEAD, IMD and Stanford. He has worked 20 years in the financial sector at listed companies and has since 1999 been CFO/COO/Business responsible in Denmarks largest multi utility group, HOFOR. He has also served in several boards, both danish and outside Denmark.
